REINS: A Haven for Horses and Horse Lovers

Welcome to REINS' Forum!!! It is meant by all means that this is to be a HAVEN for horses and horse lovers so here is a small set of rules to live by to make this a great experience for everyone involved. Granted, this list is small for now and may be added to at any time with notice to our members.

Before I post the rules though, I am going to post the consequences of breaking the rules, just so we get that out of the way.

First warning will be written to the offender.
Second warning the offender is banned for a week.
Third and final warning will be an IP address ban. Plain and simple.

Now for the Rules:

**There shall be no overt attacks on another individual because of a difference of opinion. We all know how passionate we are when it comes to horses but let's please remain civil and respectful.

**Profanity is looked down on, please keep that in mind, but outright calling someone a harsh distasteful name will not be tolerated.

**SPAMMING is in NO WAY acceptable. If you have a website that you would like to share, please do. BUT only do so after 25 posts have been made to establish yourself here, otherwise, you are spamming.

**The content of this forum is under ownership of the Administrators and may not be distributed, copied or otherwise used without the permission of said Admins. This includes, but is not limited to: forum posts, photos posted in the forum, the REINS logo, and members' Avatars.

**Be respectful of others.... that is of utmost importance!! This cannot be stressed enough.

**Please do not post personal information about yourself in any of your posts. Age, first name, state you live in are fine... but as a safety reminder, keep all personal info behind the scenes. DO NOT post your telephone number, your home address, social security number et al.

**Crossposting information from other sites is strictly prohibited. We want to make it very clear that we cannot have liability issues with other forums over ownership of content.

**If there is an offensive thread/post/comment, feel free to contact one of the Admins and it will be dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner.

**Posting any and all offensive, sexually explicit material is NOT TOLERATED! Offenders will be immediately banned.
